OUR STANDARDS FOR EXCELLENT
SERVICE DELIVERY:
All of our staff members must complete program-specific
standardized training in addition to meeting formal education requirements relevant to the position they hold.
As a social service agency working through the Accreditation process, our staff must also:
- undergo a Criminal Records search prior to employment
- adhere to a Code of Ethics and Conduct Guide for providing professional
and confidential services
- follow our standardized agency policies and procedures, as developed by both staff and the Board of Directors.
