2) Every year staff from the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency visit communities across the country to provide information sessions for registered charities.  This year, they will also be visiting a number of smaller communities. As the federal regulator of registered charities, the Directorate provides these sessions to help registered charities understand their obligations under the Income Tax Act.

The sessions are free and we encourage all registered charities to send representatives.  We would appreciate your help in posting the link to the Charities Information Sessions http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/chrts/sssns/menu-eng.html , to your charities' Web site, if you have one.
